Public Records is a pilgrimage, a holy place, a bar, a club, a sanctuary. 
A place where sound and space are equal. Walking in feels like entering a listening temple: the warm wood panels, the carefully OJAS system, and the sense that the place  is holding its breath for the music, the dancing, and the listening. Unlike most clubs, it doesn't chase spectacle and try too hard. PR lets you feel the texture of sound, whether it is a DJ stretching out ambient soundstage or a band leaning into improvisation. Rooted in community, a portal in Brooklyn, one of those rare urban spaces where clubbing, listening culture, and self care overlap.
